GoldMine Technical Support Options
Hourly Support:
$150 per hour onsite and $120 per hour via remote or phone for all GoldTechs supported products. (Rounded up to the 1/4 hour and billed per month) *available by phone only
Standard Support: (Discontinued as of 8/1/2010)
Billed per year prior to usage for 24/7 Support for GoldMine and GoldBox only. There are limits on use but the client does have full access to the GoldTechs Online Support System and Knowledgebase. Additional onsite days are billed at the rate of $1,500 per day plus reasonable expenses. An optional LogMeIn single user license is available.
Advanced Support:
Billed per year prior to usage for 24/7 Support on all GoldTechs supported products. There are limits on use but the client does have full access to the GoldTechs Online Support System and Knowledgebase. Also included are 2 onsite days (20 hours) per year. Additional onsite days are billed at $1,400 per day plus reasonable expenses. An optional GoToMyPC single user license is available.
Personal Support:
Billed quarterly or yearly for 24/7 Support for all GoldTechs supported products. There are no limits on use and the client does have full access to the GoldTechs Online Support System and Knowledgebase.
Includes unlimited online training and direct 24/7 client access to a designated account technician.
Additional onsite days are billed at $1,300 per day plus reasonable expenses. Includes a single user GoToMyPC license.
Personal Support GOLD:
Billed quarterly or yearly for 24/7 Support for all GoldTechs supported products. There are no limits on use and the client has full access to the GoldTechs Online Support System and Knowledgebase.
Includes unlimited online training and direct 24/7 client access to a designated account technician.
Also included are 1.5 onsite visits per quarter (up to 6 yearly - 60 hrs.) with the ability to front load visits. Additional onsite days are billed at $1,000 per day plus reasonable expenses.
Includes a single user GoToMyPC license and an on-site GoldTechs PC for use by the designated account technician.
* Unused days do not carry over from year to year and front loaded days that have been used when/if a contract is broken will be billed at the rate of $1,250 per day.
* Multiple install sites will be offered a discounted rate.
Premium Supprt:
